Phone cards are for sale almost everywhere in Lisbon ... but if you are looking for international phonecards, those that offer you cheap interbnatioal calls, you'd better go to the Portugal Telecom office on Rossio street at number 68 .... I bought very cheap cards there and I called home at local call rtes ....
