The lisboa Card as it is called is a cost saving pass that offers discounts for public transportation (metro, bus, train) as well as for most museums and points of interests in Lisbon. You can get one of these at the airport, at the hotel or at any tourist office or travel agency. I got a 48 hour card for just 20 Euros.
